Students are encouraged to showcase their research by displaying a poster throughout the meeting. Topics and goals may be submitted during online registration for the meeting by Tuesday, August 20. Posters will be voted on by attendees and the winner will receive a prize! Details and further instructions are included below. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
• Poster should stand on its own and be placed on a corrugated tri-fold board. The poster should open to 36" x 48"; side panels 12"; center, 24". No cloth posters will be accepted. Easels will not be provided or available onsite.
• You will share a 6' skirted table with another student to display your poster.
• Bring your poster to the registration desk upon check in at the meeting and a staff member will show you were to display your poster.
• Posters will be on display throughout the entire meeting. Please plan to sit/stand by your poster during breaks and before/after lunch.
