Friday, March 18

Friday, March 18 will offer an interactive ACLS Recertification Workshop from 5 - 9 pm CST as well as a concurrent one hour lecture on Ultrasound Guided Arterial Line and OB NPO Guidelines from 5 - 6 pm CST.  Be sure to indicate on the registration form if you will be attending the Friday evening one hour session (included with full meeting registration) or if you would like to purchase and reserve your spot for the ACLS workshop.

Saturday and Sunday, March 19 - 20

The Spring Meeting will officially kick off on Saturday morning,  March 19 and conclude on Sunday afternoon, March 20.  The conference will feature a lineup of exceptional speakers and topics including:  Advances in Obstetric Anesthesia, Cardiac Ultrasound Exam for the Non-Cardiac Patient, 12 Lead ECG Interpretation, and many more.

 Hotel Accommodations

The Spring Meeting will be held at the Sloan Convention Center and the guest hotel is the Holiday Inn University Plaza connected to the Convention Center.  The hotel is located at 1021 Wilkinson Trace Bowling Green, KY 42103.  Please be sure to make hotel arrangements by Friday, February 18 to receive the discounted rate during your stay.  Reservations can also be made by calling 1-800-HOLIDAY and referencing the group block ANA.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] The cancellation fee schedule is listed below:

  • 31 days or more prior to event – 20% of registration fee; remainder will be refunded
  • 16-30 days prior to event – 50% of registration fee; remainder will be refunded
  • 0-15 days prior to event – NO REFUND because the expense of your anticipated participation has already been incurred

  Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the event start date by emailing the request to [email protected]


Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will I be able to access the Virtual Meeting Portal?
    Two days prior to the meeting you will be emailed access information to ensure you are able to log in.  Technical support will be available for issues that arise with logging in.
  • Will the sessions be recorded?
    Yes, the sessions will be recorded and purchased sessions will be available to view within the Virtual Meeting Portal for two weeks.
  • How will I participate and ask questions?
    A chat box will appear under the video presentation where you will be able to ask questions to the speakers during their presentation and engage with other members of the virtual audience.
  • What are the safety precautions for the in person meeting?  The health and safety of all in attendance is of utmost importance and KyANA will continue to monitor state and local guidelines, and will update attendees on precautions for the in person meeting as safety initiatives change.

Student Poster Showcase 


The Student Poster Showcase will be held in with the meeting (during breaks) on Saturday and Sunday.  Students may participate in person with a physical poster presentation or virtually with a pre-recorded video presentation.  Attendees will vote for their favorite poster and the winner will receive a prize! 

Student Poster Deadlines:

February 15 - Deadline to register in person or virtual student poster including topic, goals, objectives
For group presentations, only one person will need to register the poster and list co-presenter names within appropriate fields.
March 1 - Student Poster pre-recording submission deadline and In Person Participant poster PDF submission deadline 
March 18/19 - Physical Poster Set Up On-Site
