Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing no later than February 26, 2021 via email at [email protected]. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. KyANA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows, however, substitutions are accepted. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the virtual event start date by submitting a written request to [email protected].  If you have any questions regarding the policies listed above, please contact KyANA at [email protected].

  • How many continuing education hours are offered for the meeting?
    Further details will be posted soon on number of CEUs available.
  • When will I be able to access the Virtual Meeting Portal?
    Two to five days prior to the meeting you will be emailed access information to ensure you are able to log in.  Technical support will be available for issues that arise with logging in.
  • Will the sessions be recorded?
    Yes, the sessions will be recorded and purchased sessions will be available to view within the Virtual Meeting Portal for two weeks.
  • How will I participate and ask questions?
    A chat box will appear under the video presentation where you will be able to ask questions to the speakers during their presentation and engage with other members of the virtual audience.

Student Poster Showcase 


The Student Poster Showcase will be incorporated as a presentation on Friday evening, March 5.  If you are interested in pre-recording your student poster presentation to include, please submit your topic and goals when registering for the meeting by February 1.  Showcase participants will be available to answer live questions from meeting attendees via a chat tool during the presentation.
