Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] The cancellation fee schedule is listed below:

  • 31 days or more prior to event – 20% of registration fee; remainder will be refunded
  • 16-30 days prior to event – 50% of registration fee; remainder will be refunded
  • 0-15 days prior to event – NO REFUND because the expense of your anticipated participation has already been incurred

  Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the event start date by emailing the request to [email protected]

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will I be able to access the Virtual Meeting Portal?
    Two days prior to the meeting you will be emailed access information to ensure you are able to log in.  Technical support will be available for issues that arise with logging in.
  • Will the sessions be recorded?
    Yes, the sessions will be recorded and purchased sessions will be available to view within the Virtual Meeting Portal for up to three weeks.
  • How will I participate and ask questions?
    A chat box will appear under the video presentation where you will be able to ask questions; questions will be announced aloud at the end of each lecture.
  • Can I attend virtually and in person?  
    Yes, please select how you will be attending each day of the meeting.  Please note, ACLS recertification is in person only as well as training for the Acumen Workshop.

Student Poster Showcase 

The Student Poster Showcase will be held in conjunction with the meeting (during breaks/post lunch) on Saturday and Sunday.  Students may participate in person with a physical poster presentation or virtually with a pre-recorded video presentation.  Attendees will vote for their favorite poster and the winner will receive a prize! 

Student Poster Deadlines:

February 1 - Deadline to register in person or virtual student poster including topic, goals, objectives
For group presentations, only one person will need to register the poster and list co-presenter names within appropriate fields.
February 15 - Student Poster pre-recording submission deadline and In Person Participant poster PDF submission deadline 
March 3 and 4 - Physical Poster Set Up On-Site
