Airway Porcine Wet Lab - Hands On Workshop

On Friday, September 22, a wet lab will be offered as a continuation of the didactic Difficult Airway session.  Be sure to add this workshop within your registration - cost is $175 and space is limited!

Objectives

1.  Identify anatomical landmarks necessary to reliably establish surgical airway in adult patients
2.  Develop tactile experience in placing surgical airway 
3.  Gain differential knowledge in time-critical decision tree & required supplies/equipment
4.  Successfully place two surgical airways in porcine specimens 


 

 Student Poster Showcase 

The Student Poster Showcase will be held in conjunction with the meeting (during breaks).  Students may participate in person with a physical poster presentation or virtually with a pre-recorded video presentation.  Attendees will vote for their favorite poster and the winner will receive a prize! 

Deadlines:

August 31 - Student Poster Registration deadline.  Student poster details will be emailed after registration.

September 5 - Virtual Participant Student Poster Pre-recording and In Person Participant PDF Poster File Submission Deadline

September 21/22 - Physical Poster Set Up On-Site.  Please plan to set up your poster on the afternoon of Friday, March 3 between 4:00 - 7:00 pm ET or prior to 9:00 am ET on Saturday, March 4.
