Cancellation Policy/Refunds
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be emailed to [email protected]. The cancellation fee schedule is listed below:
- 31 days or more prior to event – 20% of registration fee; remainder will be refunded
- 16-30 days prior to event – 50% of registration fee; remainder will be refunded
- 0-15 days prior to event – no refund; the expense of your anticipated participation has already been incurred
